So now we're like live-in partners and just enjoying every minute of our lives as hubby and wifey.
Some would say that I look snobbish but when you get to know the real me, you will discover how nice and sweet I am. I always like to look at the brighter side of life and enjoy the company of my friends. I could be bitchy sometimes but I'm pretty harmless (unless provoked).

HOW IT ALL STARTED
James and I
first met on the 3rd week of June 2000 during the wake of Neil, a common friend,
who died in a car accident.
We were introduced to each other by Floro Virtucio.
SHE SAID...
I was not
attracted to him in any way because he was way older than my age. And besides, I
was grieving at that time because I lost my best buddy Neil. Hi, hello lang
talaga ang sinabi namin sa isa't isa. I saw him again sa libing ni Neil. Hindi
ko na lang siya pinansin kasi hindi ko na maalala ang name niya.
HE SAID...
I find her
very attractive right at the very moment I met her but I was too shy to talk
to her and ask for her number. I just let Floro do all the talking. I contented
myself in watching her and her reactions. Ang cute niya pala pag nag smile and
very charming indeed. Ngek!
'Til There Was You...
Our
love story started when James invited me to a dinner date. It wasn't a romantic
date though, for me it was just a casual "laag2x." I didn't have any romantic
feelings towards him because for me he was just like my big bro or "kuya." I
even remembered sending him an e-card with this message "There are many fishes
in the sea, may you catch the fish meant for you" not knowing that I am the fish
I was referring to.
But no regrets coz I'm a prized catch, agree hunn?
Pero alam nyo ba, muntik ng hindi matuloy ang
date namin bcoz I arrived late. I overslept kasi napagod ako sa byahe. I just
got back from General Santos City that day. Buti na lang he patiently waited for
me. 3 hours lang naman akong late! hahaha!
Naisip ko tuloy na talagang interesado sya sa akin kasi naghintay talaga sya.
Uuy, kinilig naman ang lola nyo!
We were supposed to meet up at Bookshop in JS
Gaisano South Mall in Ilustre but since I was late, sinalubong ko na lang sya sa
may Zip Zapz (store na nagbebenta ng kikay stuff) and something extraordinary
happened the moment I saw him. Whether you believe it or not, he was glowing
like an angel!!!
Grabe talaga ang experience na yon. Parang kinilabutan ako.
He appeared like an apparition or like an angel descending from heaven. Talagang
tinitigan ko sya ng mabuti kasi baka namalik-mata lang ako pero hindi nga.
Siguro aura nya lng yon kasi ang bait talaga ni James.
We
decided to watch a movie and since it was not a "romantic date" we chose to watch "ANACONDA 2000."
O diba? Naalala ko talaga. Hehe.
After the movie, we went to Liza's Seafood Restaurant and had our dinner there. At first, kala ko boring
sya kasama kasi from what I heard of "tahimik at seryoso" daw sya na tao pero mali pala ako. In fact, I like talking
him kasi may sense tsaka funny din. We talked about a lot of things hanggang umabot kami sa mga past relationships
namin. Pareho din kasi kami at that time na kakahiwalay lang sa bf & gf namin so nakakarelate kami sa isa't isa.
To make the story short, he made a proposal to me that night. Pero hindi indecent proposal ha!
Baka 'kala nyo easy girl ako
pero hindi ha... pinag-isipan ko muna ng 5 minutes ang sinabi nya tska ako nagsay "Yes!"
Hahaha! Gusto nyo ba
malaman kung ano proposal nya? Ganito yon, sabi nya why don't we try na maging "kami" and work out the
relationship pero kung ayaw ko na I can back out anytime. O diba ang gandang proposal? Bakit nga naman hindi? Ma-try
nga kasi lahat ng nakarelasyon ko eh kasing edad ko lang. Baka ito mag work out na... pero I was having second thoughts
kasi nga matanda sya sa akin ng almost 10 years! Yay! Hindi kaya dyahe yon? Baka tuksuhin lang ako ng mga friends ko pag nakita
nila akong nakikipagdate sa mas "older" sa akin? (Syempre immature pa ako nun kaya yon ang pumasok sa kukute ko).
Five years after ay ikinasal na nga kami! And yeah, it was the best decision I made in my whole life. Buti na
lang talaga James never gave up on me. He loves me dearly kaya kahit gaano ako ka-pasaway at ka-immature eh
pinagpasensyahan nya pa rin ako. At sa 5 years na relationship namin, never talaga kami nag-away ng sobra. May
konting tampuhan but we would settle it before the end of the day kasi pareho kaming magkakasakit kung paaabutin
pa namin sa susunod na araw. Ganun kami ka-connected ni James.
So yon na po ang love story namin. Sana ay may napulot kayong aral gaya ng pag-iisip muna ng 5 minutes bago sagutin ang mga
manliligaw nyo. Hahahaha!
